Packed with flavour, this simple pasta recipe is as delicious as it is easy to make. Chicken, olives, fresh parsley and tomato sauce are tossed with hot cooked spaghetti for the perfect pasta dish to serve to family or friends.

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add tomato juice, tomato paste, sugar and oregano; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally and adding chicken and olives for the last 10 min. After 15 min., cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl. Add half the sauce; mix lightly. Place on platter; top with remaining sauce, parsley and cheese.

Special Extra

Add 2 Tbsp. chopped capers to the sauce along with the chicken and olives.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favourite Kraft Dressing.


Omit the chicken.
