  • Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; stir. Cook 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and rice; mix well. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until tomato liquid is cooked off, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
