  • Add 1/4 cup mint, 1 Tbsp. water and 1 tsp. drink mix to 2-L glass or plastic pitcher. Use muddler or wooden spoon to press mint leaves onto bottom of pitcher to release the oils. Add remaining water and drink mix; stir until mix is dissolved.
  • Stir in club soda. Add lemon slices.
  • Serve garnished with remaining mint.

Make Ahead

This refreshing drink can be made ahead of time. Prepare recipe as directed, except do not add the club soda or lemon slices. Refrigerate up to 2 days. Add club soda and lemon slices just before serving.
