Instead of microwaving, place ribs in large saucepot; cover with cold water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 20 min. Drain. Grill as directed.
To remove "fell" (the tough membrane that covers the bony underside of ribs), place rack of ribs, meaty-sides down, on flat surface. Use a small sharp knife to loosen skin from last rib. Grasp membrane with paper towel and peel back fell from ribs.
