If you usually have skim milk on hand - great news! It foams better than other milks, so feel free to use it in this recipe.
If you have specialty coffee mugs, try rimming the edges with crystallized sugar before filling with prepared drink.

This was very good! I got a little foam off of my 2% milk, but I will try this again using skim as another reviewer suggested. I used a dash of pumpkin pie spice that had all three spices in it, and it was still very good.
I use a whisk in this way to foam my hot milk with every coffee! I loooove the cinnamon and cloves!
I did not enjoy the spices. I have tried just cinnamon in my coffee and preferred that.
