I changed the recipe slightly since I only had dark baker's chocolate. But I found that it added another richness on depth to it. I also add a touch of sugar to take the edge off the chocolate. Probably about 1 tbsp - 2 depending on preference. But it was enjoyed by all. even without marshmallows!
take away the cinnamon and drop in a small candy cane for a really special treat!!
