  • Brush meat with Miracle Whip. Mix seasonings; rub 2 Tbsp. evenly onto meat. Refrigerate 30 min. Reserve remaining seasoning mix.
  • Heat oven to 425ºF. Place meat in shallow foil-lined pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until done (160ºF), turning after 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, cook carrots, onions, fennel, Italian dressing and water in large covered Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and remaining seasoning mixture; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring in up to 1/4 cup additional water if necessary to prevent beans from drying out.
  • Remove meat from pan, reserving drippings in pan. Cut meat into thin slices. Spoon vegetable mixture onto large platter; top with meat. Drizzle with meat drippings.


Prepare using Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing and substituting 2 cans (14 fl oz/398 mL each) chickpeas (garbanzo beans) for the kidney beans.

Special Extra

Garnish with fennel fronds or fresh thyme sprigs before serving.
