  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Cover rimmed baking sheet with heavy-duty foil. Place metal cooling rack on prepared baking sheet; spray with cooking spray.
  • Wrap 1 bacon piece around each shrimp. Thread 1 shrimp onto each of 8 small skewers; place on wire rack.
  • Bake 10 to 15 min. or until shrimp turn pink, turning after 8 min. Remove from oven.
  • Mix vegetable cocktail and horseradish until blended; pour into 8 glasses.
  • Thread 1 pineapple wedge onto each shrimp skewer; add to filled glasses. Garnish with lime wedges.

Special Extra

Garnish with pickled beans or pickled asparagus, or thread an olive or pickled onion onto each shrimp skewer before adding to filled glass.


For milder flavour, prepare using Heinz Vegetable Cocktail or Heinz Tomato Juice.

Serving Suggestion

Serve over ice.
