  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat.
  • Remove 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for brushing onto fish. Mix remaining barbecue sauce with dressing; reserve for drizzling over salad.
  • Grill fish 5 to 6 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.
  • Cover platter with spinach; top with beans, mangos, onions and fish.
  • Drizzle with reserved dressing mixture just before serving.

Substitute
