As if cheeseburgers aren't awesome enough, these up the ante with an ooey-gooey centre of spicy habanero shredded cheese. Don't forget the Sriracha spread for an extra hit of spice.

  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Shape meat into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties. Top each of 4 patties with 2 Tbsp. cheese; cover with remaining patties. Pinch edges together to seal.
  • Grill 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), adding pineapple to the barbecue for the last 4 min. and turning after 2 min. Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce until blended.
  • Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with pineapple, avocados and Miracle Whip mixture. Cover with tops of buns.


Prepare using 4 Cracker Barrel Monterey Jack with Jalapeno Natural Cheese Slices, quartered.

How to Toast the Buns

Place buns, cut sides down, on barbecue grate for the last few minutes of the burger grilling time.
