  • Cut ribs into 2-rib pieces; place in large microwaveable bowl. Add water; cover with waxed paper. Microwave on HIGH 20 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients until blended.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Drain ribs. Reserve half the barbecue sauce mixture; brush remaining evenly onto both sides of ribs.
  • Grill ribs 15 min. or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved barbecue sauce mixture.


Instead of precooking the ribs in the microwave, cook the cut-up ribs in large pan of boiling water 20 min. Drain, then grill as directed.


Substitute Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce) for the gochujang.
