  • Toss chicken with soy sauce. Sprinkle with corn starch; mix lightly. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate. Meanwhile, mix next 5 ingredients until well blended.
  • Heat oil in wok on high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until lightly browned. Add peanut butter mixture; stir-fry 2 min. or until chicken is done.
  • Top with onions.
