  • Mix pesto, Sriracha sauce and 2 Tbsp. dressing in medium bowl until blended. Add tomatoes; mix lightly.
  • Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 4 min. Turn fish; top with tomato mixture. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 4 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  • Transfer fish to platter; sprinkle with parsley.
