  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Add water to stuffing mix in medium bowl; stir just until moistened. Let stand 5 min. Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.
  • Shape into 36 (1-1/2-inch) balls; place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until done (165ºF). Serve with dressing for dipping.

Substitute

Prepare using extra-lean ground turkey, beef or pork.

Adjust the Heat

Use more of less of the Sriracha sauce to suit your taste preference. For an extra level of heat, mix additional 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce with the dressing before serving with the meatballs.

Make Ahead

Shape chicken mixture into balls as directed. Refrigerate up to 8 hours before baking as directed.
