  • Cut lengthwise slit in thickest side of each chicken breast, being careful to not cut through to opposite side.
  • Place the chicken in a resealable plastic bag, and pour the dressing over the chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 to 30 min.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Chop enough pickled jalapeño slices to measure 2 Tbsp.; place in medium bowl. Add cream cheese, shredded cheese and green chilies; mix well.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard the bag and marinade. Spoon the cheese mixture into each of the chicken breasts, being careful not to overfill; secure with wooden toothpicks.
  • Grill the chicken 8 to 10 min. per side or until done (165°F). Place on platter. Remove and discard toothpicks.
  • Top chicken with tomatoes and remaining pickled jalapeño slices.
