  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add carrots; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally and adding garlic for the last minute. Add wine; cook and stir 3 min.
  • Add pasta sauce, artichokes, 1 tsp. turmeric and 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 15 min. or until vegetables are softened, stirring occasionally. Add scallops and shrimp; simmer 2 to 3 min. or until scallops are opaque and shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.
  • Meanwhile, heat remaining oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add potatoes and remaining turmeric and cayenne pepper; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve stew with the potatoes.

Substitute

Substitute 25%-less-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth for the wine.
