  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Melt butter in small saucepan on medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in milk; cook 6 min. or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly. Add Parmesan; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat.
  • Heat dressing in large skillet. Add garlic and spinach; cook and stir 3 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Spoon into colander; press spinach with back of spoon to remove excess liquid.
  • Spoon 2 Tbsp. spinach mixture down centre of each crêpe; top with 2 Tbsp. each cheese sauce and shredded cheese. Roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining sauce and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
