Make It

  • Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in large saucepan, stirring occasionally. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 12 min. or just until pasta is tender, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in half the spinach; cover. Simmer 2 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Repeat with remaining spinach.

  • Serve topped with cheese.

I have made this many times but have to agree I do add a bit more to jazz it up. I use herb or italian seasoned tomatoes and still add onion garlic and oregano, I have also added some mushrooms that I wanted to use up. Great go to recipe for a quick supper.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was very good. As some other's had suggested I put onion and garlic in as well. Everyone really enjoyed it. This recipe is a keeper!

I didn't have penne noodles so I used rotini noodles. This dish was a huge hit! Even my 9 year old who "isn't a spinach guy" loved this dish.

This recipe is a winner. It was quick, easy and left very little mess. I added garlic powder, pepper, italian seasoning and a bay leaf. I also added some chicken that I had cooked in a seperate pan that was also seasoned with garlic powder, italian seasoning and pepper. I didn't have mozzarella cheese so I used a cup of parmesan cheese instead and it was very tasty. I will make this recipe again for sure.

Very YUMMY! What a great way to incorporate spinach into our diets. I cooked about 3 slices of bacon (will use a little more next time)in the bottom of a pot until crispy. Drained the grease and then cooked an onion chopped very small and then added the rest of the ingredients. I only had regular spinach at the time so I just removed the larger stems. The tomatoes I used already had garlic added otherwise I would have added a clove with the onion. I crumbled the bacon back into the mixture at the end. I will make this again often!

This recipe is very good! I've made it twice and the second time I added some spices and some garlic. Made it taste so much better! Its a great fast choice!

I have made this recipe twice so far and my family loves it. I have added dried chives, parsley, basil, onion and garlic to the recipe and it's fantastic. And so easy to make !! Thanks Kraft.

Cooking the pasta with the tomatoes gave the sauce a nice thick consistency but did take longer than suggested to cook. I added a bit of garlic and onion powder to the pot while the pasta was cooking. Once done, I grated in some fresh Parmesan Cheese and the Mozza Cheese and stirred it through - DELICIOUS! Will definitely be making this again.

This recipe was very good, but it took a long time for the pasta to reach a "tender consistency". I would recommend to cook the pasta first. Overall, it was easy to make and very tasty.

Like one of the other raters... I added a few cloves of garlic & about 1/3 cup chopped onion. I was pleasantly surprised at how much my family liked this dish. And I loved it because it is quick, tasty and very healthy!

Cooked pasta seperately, just under cooked. Added 3 cloves of garlic and a 1/2 chopped onion to the tomatoes. Added pasta to tomatoes with spinch. topped with mozz cheese and parmasean. So good!
