  • Place broken wafers into 3-L glass serving dish; sprinkle with liqueur. Top with layers of fruit.
  • Prepare pudding mixes as directed on pkg., reducing milk to 3 cups. As pudding begins to thicken, beat in chocolate with wire whisk until well blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping; spoon over fruit. Top with the remaining 1-1/2 cups whipped topping. Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 30 min. or overnight.

Drizzle 2 Tbsp. caramel sauce over the wafer pieces instead of the liqueur.

This dessert was great! I caution people on the amount of white chocolate used as it is very sweet. Although, I found if you let it sit to the next day, it doesn't seem to be quite as sweet. Overall, definitely a huge hit with my guests and I will be making this again!

This recipe was good and well recieved by my guests. It was nothing like I was expecting though - it is quite sweet and the vanilla pudding & white chocolate really take over. I was hoping for something lighter that focused more on the fruit. Next time I will make this with more fruit and about 1/2 the amount of pudding and chocolate.
