How to Use the Remaining Gelatin Mix
Prepare and bake cupcakes as directed on 1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix, blending remaining dry jelly powder (from 85-g pkg.) into prepared batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups. Cool cupcakes. Frost with Lemon-Cream Cheese Frosting. Keep refrigerated.
To present as a gift, pack prepared snack mix in decorative tins. Or, portion into plastic food storage gift bags, then add a strip of colourful paper and bow at top of each bag before stapling to close.
