  • Heat broiler.
  • Mix Sriracha sauce, butter and garlic until blended; brush onto cut sides of bread. Top with cheese.
  • Place, cut sides up, on baking sheet.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 4 min. or until golden brown. Sprinkle with parsley. Cut each bread half into 8 slices.

Substitute

Prepare using a whole wheat baguette or ciabatta loaf.
