  • Heat oven to 450ºF and heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Spread crust with sauce; top with tomatoes, onions and garlic. Bake 10 min.
  • Meanwhile, grill steak 3 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF). Slice across grain. Top pizza with steak and shredded cheese.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Top with blue cheese and arugula.
