A bit on the bland side for my family but I added in some spices to the salad after the fact and it was great. Also served it with about 1 cup cooked rice which added a nice additional layer.
The store didn`t have flank steak, so I used top round steak instead. I also toasted it in a toaster oven flipping it four times at 350F for 20 mins. It still turned out pretty good and tasted great. Next time, I`ll had more dressing to the salad.
