  • Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add eggs, broth and water; whisk until well blended. Pour into 1.5- L round casserole dish, cover with foil.
  • Place in metal steamer filled with simmering water; cook on medium heat 20 min. or until eggs are set. Remove from heat.
  • Combine onions, soy sauce, garlic and berries in small bowl. Heat oil in small saucepan on high heat; stir into onion mixture. Pour over chicken mixture; top with coriander.


For a meatless version, omit the chicken.

How to Hydrate the Goji Berries

Place berries in bowl; cover with boiling water. Let stand 10 min. or until berries are plump. Drain, then use as directed.
