  • Heat 1-1/2 tsp. oil in non-stick wok on high heat. Add pork; stir-fry 1 min. Remove pork from wok; set aside.
  • Heat remaining oil in wok and reduce heat to medium-high heat. Add onion and chili pepper; stir-fry 3 min. Add mushrooms; stir-fry 4 min.
  • Meanwhile, combine dressing, honey and soy sauce until blended. Return meat to wok; stir-fry 1 min. Add dressing mixture; heat through. Serve with hot cooked noodles.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped cilantro for a pop of colour.


If you can’t find lo mein or Shanghai noodles, use spaghetti instead.
