    I always make 2 of these casseroles at a time, giving one to my friend, I use fresh my own fresh steamed veggies, less water and use 2 teaspoons of a no salt seasoning and 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning. This is great after working all day and I just serve with a salad.

    The other recipe for this casserole had 1 1/2 cups shredded mozarella cheese added. I found it very salty and quite tasteless. Needs some kind of spice...or something.
