I had real difficulty spreadin the dressing on the pie dish because it kept sticking to my hands. I coated them with oil and that helped some. It took 90 minutes to bake and even then there was stil to much moisture in the pie dish. I have removed it from my recipe box
Thanks to everyone on their comments for this recipe, as I was prepared to cook it for longer than stated. I added about 15 minutes for a total of 50 min in the oven and 10 min to sit.
I found that the amount that can actually fit in such a small pie pan is so small, that you have to use half a pepper, and even then the recommended ingredients didn't seem to fit, let alone my left over smoked ham, so I cooked the extra filling in muffin tins (added extra egg/milk and crushed crackers). I would otherwise suggest to get an extra box of stuffing and plan to make 2 Quishes.
we enjoyed it very much. I also found it took a lot longer to cook. (2 1/2 hours) Next time I'll add extra eggs to it.Really easy to make up with the stuffing mix.
