  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Place stuffing mix in large bowl. Add eggs, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the tomatoes, chilies and water; mix well.
  • Spoon into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan; smooth top with back of spoon. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before cutting into 6 slices to serve.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using your favourite flavour of Stove Top Stuffing Mix.

    Basically tastes like stove top. Instead of chilis I used green peppers.
