  • LINE bottom and sides of 9 1/2" (24cm) flan pan with wafers. Overlap side wafers slightly to form a petal pattern. Reserve.
  • SPRINKLE gelatin over water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Stir into strawberry puree and add lemon zest. Chill until mixture is thickened and mounds slightly.
  • FOLD in whipped topping. Pour into crust. Chill 3 -4 hours or until firm. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
