  • Bake tart shells as directed on package. Cool 15 min.
  • Melt chocolate as directed on package; spoon into tart shells, adding about 1 tsp. to each shell. Refrigerate 5 min. or until chocolate is firm.
  • Pipe 2 Tbsp. Cool Whip into each prepared shell. Top with strawberries.

How to Pipe the COOL WHIP

Insert decorating tip in pastry bag. Fold down top of pastry bag about halfway, forming a cuff. Fill bag halfway with thawed Cool Whip. Unfold cuffed top and twist bag until it's tight against the Cool Whip. To pipe, hold bag firmly and squeeze from the top, keeping bag twisted shut to prevent leaking from the top of bag.

I made these last night, it was very easy to do! For an added touch, I added drizzled chocolate on top as well. Everyone loved them!

Made these for a work function. Got rave reviews for appearance and taste. I added 1 pkg(4 serving) vanilla pudding mix & 3/4 cup milk to the 1 cup of Cool Whip for a creamier filling. I also drizzled melted chocolate over the strawberries/tarts to decorate. Will definitely make again!
