Made this for Mother's Day yesterday. I made my own angel food cake instead of a pre-made store one. My cake did not look this "white" so I covered it with light cool whip. It tasted great but next time I would put all the cream cheese mixture in the middle and cover with cool whip again. Everyone liked it. A nice change.

Made this recipe twice. Added vanilla instead of the orange zest and juice the second time around. Liked it better. It is a nice and light recipe. My husband went back for seconds both times.
