  • POUR 1/2 cup boiling water into blender container. Add 1 pkg (85g) JELL-O Strawberry Jelly Powder. Cover and blend for a couple of seconds. Scrape sides of container.
  • ADD 2 cups of vanilla ice cream, 1 cup of milk, a handful of sliced strawberries and a few handfuls of crushed ice. Cover and blend until smooth.

    Very nice smoothie. Added flax seed, protein powder, and Metamucil as I do to all my smoothies. I also made it using frozen watermelon, frozen field berry yogurt, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Came out excellent. I think the Jello really gives this smoothie a wonderful kick.
