  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Whisk cream cheese product in medium bowl until creamy. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Spray tortillas with cooking spray; cut each into 8 wedges. Place wedges in resealable plastic bag. Add cinnamon sugar; seal bag, then shake to evenly coat wedges with cinnamon sugar. Place in single layer on baking sheets.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until crisp and golden brown. Serve with cream cheese mixture.


To make your own cinnamon sugar, just mix 1/4 cup granulated sugar with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon.

    I actually only made the cinnamon chips and served them with homemade ice-cream. They were a big hit and kept getting stolen off the plate in the kitchen!

    I made these for a family gathering to add to a fruit plate & they are fantasic!! Dip is very thick though. Cinnamon seems mild on the chips alone but once added with the dip it all comes together great!!
