  • Cook nuts in skillet on medium heat 2 min. or until fragrant, stirring frequently. Stir in syrup; cook and stir 2 min. or until syrup is absorbed. Spread onto parchment-covered baking sheet; cool completely. Break up any large clusters.
  • Combine spinach, arugula and berries in large bowl. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  • Top with nuts and cheese.


Prepare using your favourite baby salad greens.

    What a great Summer salad! All ingredients were available at Superstore in my area, ****** it an easy shopping experience - easiest to buy the container of arugula/spinach mix. Do the nuts ahead, then compiling is easy while you cut up the BBQ chicken to go with it.
