Hull 4 cups fresh berries; spread into single layer on bottom of parchment-lined pan. Freeze until firm. Transfer to freezer-weight resealable plastic bag; freeze up to 3 months. Do not thaw before using as directed.

Strawberry-Orange Sherbet
