  • Mix graham crumbs and butter, press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Add boiling water to jelly powder in large bowl; stir with whisk 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in dry pudding mix until well blended.
  • Whisk in 1 cup Cool Whip; pour into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Top with strawberries and remaining Cool Whip just before serving.


Prepare using another flavour of Jell-O Jelly Powder, such as Orange or Raspberry.

    Made this last night, absolutely delicious but I waited until serving before putting the berries on top. I put the berries and Cool Whip on each individual slice, much easier than trying to cut through the berries on the whole pie.

    I made this recipe using diet jello and diet instant vanilla pudding, fat free cool whip and a prepared graham cracker crust. It cut down on the sugar and the calories since I am diabetic. It was delicious and next time I will make it for company using the regular jello and pudding. I am sure it will be even more tasty.
