I wish there had been some note about over freezing which is what I believe I did. Once I let it thaw for 3 hours it scooped nicely and tasted quite good....
I also just used half the sugar. If I had put the full 1/2 cup that would have been WAY too sweet.
i made this dessert sugar free, used sugar free strawberry jello, 4 pkgs of sugar twin which is equal to 1/2 cup of sugar and it was a bit hit at my family gathering and no could tell the difference
This is a very refreshing dessert on a hot day. I would suggest less sugar as I found it a little bit too sweet.
