  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Line 9-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Microwave 10 oz. chocolate, butter and coffee in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add brown sugar and eggs; mix well. Stir in combined flour and baking powder; pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
  • Microwave remaining chocolate in large microwaveable bowl 1 min.; stir until completely melted. Add cream cheese; beat with mixer until blended. Add jam and icing sugar; beat until blended. Spread over brownie. Refrigerate 1 hour. Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan before cutting to serve.

Substitute 1-1/2 cups Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips for the chopped chocolate.
