  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Cut thin slice off top of each tomato; reserve for later use. Scoop out centres of tomatoes, leaving 1/2-inch-thick shells. Place tomatoes, cut sides up, in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Discard removed tomato pulp.
  • Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into tomatoes. Top with reserved tomato tops.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

Special Extra

Prepare recipe as directed. Immediately top each with 1 Tbsp. Cracker Barrel Shredded Creamy Mozza Cheese; bake 2 to 3 min. or until melted.


Substitute fresh basil for the parsley.
