The folded pastry strips can be frozen up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator before cutting into pieces and baking as directed.
Cool any leftovers; place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Freeze up to 1 month. When ready to serve, heat oven to 375ºF. Place palmiers in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until heated through. (No need to thaw before baking.)
