This was great. Chopped up a can of mushrooms, and added a tsp of chopped garlic (from the jar). Easy to make and looks like you went to a lot of trouble. Even though meatless, my husband loved it...!!
This was delicious and I will definitely be making it again. It's a nice meal to make for my vegetarian friend when she comes over for dinner.
