  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until cooked through (160°F). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add apples and onions to skillet; cook 2 min. Stir in 3/4 cup water. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in stuffing mix; top with the chops. Cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
