  • Mix oil, dry seasonings and half the garlic until blended; rub evenly onto both sides of steak. Let stand 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, mix ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot sauce and remaining garlic in microwaveable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until bubbly, stirring after 1 minute. Cool.
  • Heat barbecue to medium heat. Grill steak 5 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), brushing with ketchup mixture for the last few minutes. Remove from barbecue; let stand 5 min.
  • Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Place spinach on platter; top with 1/2 cup chili sauce, meat and remaining chili sauce. Sprinkle with onions.


Substitute baby salad greens or chopped romaine for the spinach.
