  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add green and yellow zucchini; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Beat eggs and Miracle Whip in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Parmesan. Add zucchini mixture and all remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until centre is set and edges are lightly browned.

Variation

Prepare using Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Dressing, Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese and Cracker Barrel Shredded Light 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese.

    I can't give this recipe too many stars since I added more to it. The ingredients are fairly bland and I find the cheese gets lost in the dish. Adding a meat,or herbs might boost the flavour. I added a banana pepper,garlic and a vidalia onion. Also I used pepper********************************** spice and couldn't taste it! I will make this again as I try to perfect the recipe since I do consider the ingredients listed as a good base for a bake !! Thank you Kraft
