  • HEAT 3 Tbsp (45 mL) dressing in large frypan on HIGH heat; add chicken and stir-fry until lightly browned; remove and set aside.
  • WIPE out pan with paper towel.
  • ADD remaining dressing to pan and cook vegetables until crisp-tender.
  • ADD chicken and heat thoroughly.
