With the price of chicken i think i want to make dishes that are a five star. Cant afford to waste on dishes that are mediocre and that the kids will not eat. It works in a pinch for something quick.
I have made this too many times to count! Both my husband and I love it! It's easy to make and VERY yummy!
I like to add chili powder to the chicken while it's cooking just for a bit more flavour.
