Maybe I did something wrong, but I assume that these bars are suppose to be something you could actually pick up with your hand and eat. Mine didn't turn out that way. They're kind of mushy actually.
However, my daughter wanted some so I scooped some mush into a bowl and she seemed to enjoy it. Flavour wise it was tasty but it certainly was not what I expected. I even baked it for an extra 5 mins like other people suggested.
