If you don't have an 8-inch springform pan, you can instead use a 9-inch round baking pan to prepare this recipe. Before using, line pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over side of pan; spray with cooking spray. Use to prepare recipe as directed. Let baked torte stand 10 min. Use foil handles to lift torte from pan before cutting to serve.
