  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Mix egg, bananas and Miracle Whip until blended. Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
  • Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining nuts.
  • Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.

Pour combined liquid ingredients into combined dry ingredients; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Do not stir until the batter is smooth. Overmixing can result in tough or rubbery breads or muffins.
