I liked the fact that the kids could pick off the veggies they liked and of course the ate the hot dogs. But if you have picky veggie eaters they will not like it and just eat the hot dogs.

I didn't follow this recipe exactly but it gave me a good start as it was raining today and I like the fact that the kabobs were cooked in the oven. I replaced the hot dogs with ham and served with rice and the kids loved it. 15 miniutes in the oven. Can't ask for anything better!!!
